Domaine de Saint-Pierre
Three french chefs have expressed their satisfaction and their trust towards our oil in three different ways:
  • Alain Passard (L’Arpège) uses it exclusively in his restaurant’s kitchen (or laboratory), and we have become, since last year, his exclusive supplier of olive oil.
  • Jean-Pierre Vigato (Apicius) serves our oil in its original bottle in the dining room for that final extra splash of olive oil that is sometimes needed or requested.
  • Yannick Alleno (Le Meurice et Le 1947 par Yannick Alleno dans l’hotel Cheval Blanc à Courchevel) suggested that we would co-produce a special limited edition which would bear his brand and ours.
